Knotel Forms Strategic Partnership With Galvanize
Knotel sends coworking clients to Galvanize in exchange for growth-stage business referrals
New York, NY — October 25, 2017 — Knotel, the rapidly-expanding office real estate company that provides branded headquarters for growing businesses, announced a strategic partnership with education and coworking company, Galvanize. Knotel, which services thriving companies of 20-500 employees that have outgrown coworking, will send smaller teams to Galvanize. In return, Galvanize will send larger companies to find custom headquarters in Knotels across NYC. Knotel members will also benefit from access to Galvanize’s robust educational programs and events space.
This marks the second strategic alliance Knotel has made to ensure growth-stage companies are directed to its 23+ NYC locations. In September 2017, Knotel announced a mutually beneficial partnership with coworking provider, The Grind, in which Knotel took over their 419 Park Avenue South location.
Knotel has tripled in size since the beginning of the year, recently announcing its expansion into San Francisco, and expects to exceed 1 million square feet of office space. In February 2017, Knotel also announced its $25 million Series A round to cater to the overwhelming demand from company leaders asking for more locations and space.
Knotel runs a network of custom locations with adaptable environments that cater to modern business needs. Introducing its “HQ as a Service” model, Knotel delivers a new experience for business leaders looking for on-demand headquarters. Each managed location is designed to reflect each business’ unique ethos. Knotel eliminates the risks of being locked into long-term contracts and is transforming traditional spaces by offering catered service terms, culture-coded environments, quick setup and move in support. Current residents are comprised of many of today’s most elite business leaders like the first investor in Spotify, the former president of BuzzFeed, the CEO of MTV, the ClassPass co-founder, the world’s largest petition platform Change.org and many more. Knotel investors include Bloomberg Beta, Invest AG, Joseph Meyer of Observer Capital, Rocket Internet, 500 Startups among others. For more information, check out www.Knotel.com.
