Knotel To Open At 72 Madison With 100% Occupancy
Knotel takes 20,000 SF in its second deal with Moinian Group
New York, NY – March 1, 2018 — Knotel, the flexible office space provider with over 700,000 square feet across NYC and San Francisco, signed a lease for 20,000 square feet of office space at Moinian Group’s 72 Madison Ave. Knotel will occupy the entire 2nd, 3rd, 11th and 12th floors under a ten-year lease, the second deal between Knotel and Moinian Group.
Knotel will open in March fully occupied by full floor tenants, including Starbucks and Sequoia Consulting Group. “We continue to see strong demand from all types of businesses – from Fortune 500 to high growth companies.
