New York flexible workspace provider Knotel said it has closed on a second round of large leases in less than a month with five deals in San Francisco as coworking firms compete to tie up space in the Bay Area city popular with the growing coworking industry. Knotel leased five new office spaces in different buildings in San Francisco, totaling about 50,000 square feet. The largest of these is a 17,000-square-foot lease at 321 11th St., according to a company statement. The smallest is a 5,000-square-foot space at 701 Sutter St. The spaces are not divisible, according to a Knotel spokesman....
